Eight months ago I embarked on a new journey in the blogosphere. Through the support of my family, I have had the time to learn and grow one blog at a time. I have learned a lot from a very supportive community of bloggers and readers from around the world. For today’s Global Pick of the Day (#mkbglobalpick) I am sharing with you my very first blog post. This is the reason I started blogging and to be able to make my kids proud of me one day as well as proud of who they are and where they come from. I hope you like taking a little look back with me.
